This walkthrough serves as an exclusive opportunity for homebuyers to inspect their new home, meticulously identifying any imperfections, whether they’re related to aesthetics, mechanics, or general concerns.
- Beginning with warm greetings and introductions, our superintendent will share insights into the path leading to the final closing. We take pride in detailing the processes undertaken, instilling complete confidence in the quality of the homes we deliver.
- After these initial introductions, the superintendent guides our homebuyers through the structure of the walkthrough, aligning with industry standards and setting clear expectations. The Horizons East representative will be fully present and aid in the walkthrough process side-by-side the homebuyers. The homeowners will be given blue tape to mark areas of interest or concern, ensuring a thorough review during the walkthrough.
- Once both the interior and exterior of the home have been thoroughly walked, all questions and possible concerns will be outlined in an agreement of listed items. Both the new homeowner(s) and the Horizons East representative will sign this agreement.
- The walkthrough will conclude with information being passed along to the homebuyer outlining what to expect moving forward and any obligations they should anticipate. And finally, this will be followed by a sincere congratulations on the upcoming purchase of their new Horizons East Building Co home!
